1. Information We Collect

At WirePrompt, we believe in minimizing data collection. The information we collect is strictly limited to what is necessary to operate the Service.

• Input Data: When you generate a prompt, we process the product descriptions, feature lists, and framework preferences you provide. This data is processed ephemerally and is not permanently stored in our databases.
• Technical Data: We collect your IP address and user-agent string for the sole purpose of enforcing our free-tier rate limits (10 requests per 24 hours) and preventing abuse via VPN/Proxy detection.
• Analytics: We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand general traffic patterns. We do not track individual user behavior across the web.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Generate custom system prompts via our AI processing pipeline.
• Enforce rate limits and protect our infrastructure from DDoS attacks or abuse.
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our prompt templates.

3. Data Retention & Third Parties

We do not sell your data.

To process your requests, your input data is sent securely to our third-party LLM provider, Sarvam AI, via API. Sarvam AI is bound by enterprise agreements that strictly prohibit them from using your input data to train their models.

IP addresses used for rate limiting are stored temporarily in a Redis cache (via Upstash) and are automatically deleted after 24 hours (TTL). We do not maintain long-term logs of your IP address.

4. Cookies and Tracking

WirePrompt does not use persistent tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. If we introduce authentication in the future, we will use essential session cookies strictly for maintaining your logged-in state.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption in transit and secure serverless edge computing, to protect your data. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data or secrets (like API keys) into the prompt generator.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not require accounts or store personal data long-term, there is no "profile" to delete. If you wish to ensure no trace of your session remains, you can simply close your browser. If you have concerns about data processed during a specific request, you may contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
