1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WirePrompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WirePrompt provides an AI-powered prompt generation platform that creates system prompts for various Large Language Models (LLMs). The Service includes a library of design templates, custom prompt generation capabilities, and live HTML/React previews.

3. Usage Restrictions & Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, the free tier of the Service is subject to rate limiting. Currently, users are restricted to 10 prompt generations per 24-hour period per IP address. Attempting to bypass these limits using VPNs, proxies, or Tor networks is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

4. User Generated Content

When you provide input text (such as product descriptions or feature requests) to the Service, you retain ownership of your original ideas. However, you grant WirePrompt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process this data for the purpose of generating your prompt.

You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. WirePrompt actively filters for offensive and nonsensical inputs ("garbage data") and reserves the right to reject any generation request.

5. AI Output & Code Generation

The system prompts and preview codes generated by WirePrompt are provided "as is". While we strive for high-quality, zero-shot generation using DAIR-AI best practices, we make no warranties regarding the functionality, security, or suitability of the code generated by third-party LLMs when using our prompts. You are solely responsible for testing and securing any code you deploy.

6. Intellectual Property

The design templates, UI components, branding, and underlying prompt engineering architecture provided by WirePrompt are the intellectual property of WirePrompt. You may use the generated prompts for personal or commercial projects, but you may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the WirePrompt database itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WIREPROMPT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WirePrompt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
